Well these Natural Collection blushers are a nice little surprise. I picked them up on a 3 for 2 offer in Boots (currently it’s 2 for £3) and I wasn’t expecting much from them to be honest. BUT they’re actually very lovely indeed.
I have Dusky Pink (the shade on the left) and Pink Cloud (on the right). Dusky Pink is a mauve-pink shade, it gives a nice healthy ruddy look to my pale skin while Pink Cloud is a soft baby pink that really brightens and freshen up the face, perfect for Spring. There’s several other shades in the range, mostly all pinks but there’s also peachy/coral there too.
Both shades I have, and the rest of the collection, are matte but they’re not flat. They have decent pigmentation but nothing in comparison to say Illamasqua. Natural Collection blushers will give a natural but buildable finish on the cheeks.
I used my Real Techniques blusher blush to apply them and found very little drop off from the powder formula. Both blushers apply easily and blend without any problems. They have good staying power on my combination skin, I would say my cheeks are normal/dry at the moment.
The packaging isn’t great though, it’s functional at best. But it does its job, just don’t drop it! But you can’t expect great packaging for the price you pay for these.
I really recommend giving these a go. They’re dirt cheap yet are really solid blushers especially if you like a natural finish. They’re also always on offer at Boots. A very pretty budget blusher.
Have you tried these blushers?
