John Frieda Full Repair range is designed to treat damaged hair. And quite frankly I could do with a bit of TLC at the moment. As you may know I’m pregnant and this has created a wee bit of havoc on my hair. I’ve always had thick hair and lots of it too. Pregnancy slows down the rate of hair growth and shedding so my hair can only be described as wild. I also colour my hair and regularly blow-dry so it is suffering. John Frieda Full Repair Shampoo* and Conditioner* are both designed to reverse damage with every use. It claims to do this through its hydrating formula that contains Inca Inchi oil rich in omega-3. This leaves the hair soft, smooth and manageable without feeling weighed down. After several uses my hair does seem to be in better condition and isn’t quite so unruly.
But for me the crowning glory (pun intended) is John Frieda Full Repair Repairing Oil Elixir*. This oil also contains Inca Inchi Oil. I hadn’t heard of this oil but it apparently contains 47 times more Omega- 3 than Argan Oil, not bad. This really is a lovely product. It smooths and conditions the hair without greasiness or any sort of feel of having product in the hair. It can be used to add shine to dry hair and it also protects against heat damage. It does a marvellous job at smoothing out my hair without the need for straighteners. I’d definitely recommend giving this a go. You only need a tiny amount too so the product should last for ages.

This is definitely a product that I need because my hair is always damaged & I use hair masks and they are good for my hair but that only lasts for so long so this is definitely something I'm going to have to go and purchase!
