Lightstim for Wrinkles Review

lightstim for wrinkles a non-invasive antiageing treatment

The curious looking object in the photos above is an anti-ageing device called Lightstim for Wrinkles*. Have you heard of it? I hadn’t but to be honest I don’t really look out for anti-ageing devices. I was asked to try it out and curiosity got the better of me. Lightstim use NASA LED technology and that got me really curious. It all sounds very futuristic and high tech, like a beauty device from Star Trek (not that I’m a geek, no). And who can resist that? Certainly not me. I have used something similar before. I have chronic pain and one of the devices a physio used on my was LED light therapy. Unfortunately it didn’t help in the long-run but it was relaxing and gave me slight relief. In fact Lightstim also do a similar device for pain (and also acne).

Lightstim for Wrinkles is a non-invasive anti-ageing treatment that uses LED light therapy to naturally enhance the skin’s radiance, refine pores and even out skin tone. In 8 weeks of use it will (or should) reduce wrinkles and fine lines while plumping skin out for a more youthful look. I’ve just started trialling this so I’ll get back to you with results. But here’s some initial thoughts in case you’d like to purchase it for a Christmas present. I do think it’d make a great present for those who loves their beauty gadgets.

Lightstim for Wrinkles is easy and non-invasive to use. You gently rest the Lightstim on the desired area on your skin for 3 minutes then move on to the next bit. It comes with a built in timer so you don’t need to worry about timing it yourself. I’ve been using this while watching the tv so it’s pretty easy to fit into your schedule. The guidelines recommend you use it at least 5 times a week to get maximum results. I found that the head of the Lightstim heats up a bit after about 15 minutes of use, but not uncomfortably so. Other than that this is a straightforward, easy to use device. It’s actually quite relaxing. After the initial 8 weeks your anti-ageing results can be maintained by continuing LightStim treatments just two-three times per week.

There’s also a bottle of LightStim Collagen Peptide Serum which helps boost the effectiveness of the treatment. One of the top ingredients in this is hyuarolic acid plus a range of vitamins and minerals to enhance collagen production in your skin. I found this made my skin go a bit red but it settled down quickly without any further irritation.

As I said this is just a preliminary overview. I’ll get back to you in several weeks time when I’ve become thoroughly acquainted with it. But so far I’m enjoying using the Lightstim for Wrinkles.

Have you used anything like this before?

  1. This sounds intriguing although very similar to a device called Newa which I was using not long ago and I was quite happy with the results of the treatment, nothing dramatic but enough to make my skin look a bit smoother. Looking forward to your update! x
